Your Dreams

I, I have told you many times - But beware the things I say

For perhaps I’ve lost my mind - Or it just may seem that way

Take the things that you have heard - The things that you have read

Let them go and start to learn - To look inside instead

And Find - Just there beyond your mind - The dreams you left behind

I’m not as crazy as I seem - Even dancing in the rain

I follow what I dream - To the stars and back again

Take your dreams and toss them all - One by one up to the sky

Release the ones that fall - With the others learn to fly

Oh I - Won’t tell you not to cry - From what you feel inside

Look for your dreams - Ride on the wind

Reach for the stars - Now you begin (2nd Time - “It’s Time to begin”)

To follow your dreams - (1st Time Only )> Soar in the sky

You’ll never be free - If you never try

I won’t believe you if you say - You have no dreams to find

It may be you’re afraid - Or just won’t take the time

I must say the things I do - So your dreams may live again

Waiting there inside of you - Is the place where you begin

I, I will tell you one more time - If you look me in the eye

Leave your fallen dreams behind - Follow only those that fly

See where they will lead you now - That you’ve finally set them free

You’ll find your way somehow - To the place you’re meant to be
